The meeting addressed ways to enhance partnership between the Labour Market Authority and trade union institutions, ensuring support for labour culture and improving staff efficiency. It also discussed mechanisms for developing the work environment and raising awareness of workers’ rights and duties across various sectors.
During the meeting, the Head of the Authority emphasized the importance of joint action to consolidate the principles of social justice and equal opportunities in the labour market, praising the pivotal role played by labour unions in supporting professional and social stability.
At the conclusion of the meeting, attendees expressed their appreciation for the Authority’s efforts in establishing effective institutional partnerships that contribute to achieving the state’s vision of a well-regulated, fair, and sustainable labour market.
