The Authority provides integrated services to regulate and develop the labour market. These include collecting, classifying, analyzing, updating, and publishing data and statistics related to the workforce and the labour market, supporting planning and decision-making. The Authority also assists job seekers, matches labour supply with demand, and manages and allocates available employment opportunities in coordination with relevant entities. In addition, it reviews labour market legislation and policies, proposing updates and improved programs. The Authority supports private sector empowerment, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and encourages initiatives that help create jobs and reduce unemployment. It also conducts studies and research and applies best practices to enhance efficiency and improve performance. Furthermore, the Authority coordinates national workforce localization programs, supervises activities related to foreign labour, and monitors the regulation of workers\u2019 housing and the implementation of related projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
