strategic plans and the necessary studies, in coordination with the competent entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assist job seekers in obtaining employment opportunities in the private sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate among the Authority\u2019s affiliated departments and units to provide suitable job opportunities within micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Participate in reviewing labour market legislation and propose amendments and developments to keep pace with local, regional, and international changes and developments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Plan and coordinate with relevant entities on effective programs and plans to replace foreign labour with national labour in accordance with approved labour and employment policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Participate in proposing methods to balance labour market supply and demand, quantitatively and qualitatively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Participate in managing the distribution process of available job opportunities to job seekers in line with the Authority\u2019s policies and strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support the identification and mapping of available job opportunities within the administrative scope of municipalities in the private sector, and help guide national job seekers and graduates to fill them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Mobilize human resources and direct them toward productive work, and create new job opportunities for job seekers in coordination with the competent entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Participate in preparing studies related to the contribution of all segments of society\u2014especially women and persons with disabilities\u2014to the implementation of economic and social development projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Participate in conducting studies and research that executive bodies to periodically publish the necessary information on job vacancies across municipalities, so it can be used to inform job seekers about employment opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Contribute to encouraging serious individual and collective initiatives as a key driver of economic activity\u2014boosting production and absorbing outputs of the education and training system to reduce unemployment\u2014through investment loans and incentives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coordinate and participate with the competent entities in facilitating administrative procedures related to micro and small enterprises and reducing constraints, ensuring freedom of economic activity and supporting the activation of the private sector\u2019s role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supervise the implementation of the project to regulate the residence of migrant workers in Libya and monitor its proper application.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Collect and analyze data, information, and statistics related to the country\u2019s economic situation, particularly those connected to the labour market, so that the Authority serves as a primary source of accurate labour market data, information, and statistics, and continuously updates them in a regular and systematic manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Conduct and support research and studies in the labour market field and benefit from their results, in coordination with the Ministry of
