The Labour Market Authority is not merely an administrative body; it is the engine of national transformation and a strategic bridge connecting national aspirations with available capabilities, and linking educational outcomes with the needs of comprehensive economic development. The Authority was established to serve as the primary reference for accurate data and statistics, and as a centre of expertise that leads the organization of the labour market, plans national workforce localization programs, and addresses structural imbalances to ensure balance between supply and demand.<\/p>\n

At the Labour Market Authority, we firmly believe that true development begins with empowering national talent, providing a fair and enabling work environment, and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives as well as small and medium enterprises. Accordingly, we are committed to issuing and updating the necessary legislation, managing the migrant labour file efficiently, and formulating policies that elevate performance and efficiency in this vital sector.<\/p>\n
