As part of strengthening joint cooperation between state institutions and labour unions, the Labour Market Authority, at the kind invitation of the Authority\u2019s Head, received a high-level delegation comprising:<\/p>\n

    The Director-General of Labour Culture at the Ministry of Labour<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The Head of the National Federation of Libyan Workers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The Head of the National Federation of Libyan Workers \u2013 Tripoli Branch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The Deputy Head of the National Federation of Libyan Workers \u2013 Tripoli Branch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The Head of the Technical Education Employees\u2019 Union<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to Mr. Jumaa Ali Al-Mabrouk and the Authority\u2019s Director of the Legal Affairs Office.<\/p>\n

    The meeting addressed ways to enhance partnership between the Labour Market Authority and trade union institutions, ensuring support for labour culture and improving staff efficiency. It also discussed mechanisms for developing the work environment and raising awareness of workers\u2019 rights and duties across various sectors.<\/p>\n

    During the meeting, the Head of the Authority emphasized the importance of joint action to consolidate the principles of social justice and equal opportunities in the labour market, praising the pivotal role played by labour unions in supporting professional and social stability.<\/p>\n

    At the conclusion of the meeting, attendees expressed their appreciation for the Authority\u2019s efforts in establishing effective institutional partnerships that contribute to achieving the state\u2019s vision of a well-regulated, fair, and sustainable labour market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
